The Bhuj Court Directive
The special court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic
Substances (NDPS) in Bhuj, Kutch asked Directorate of
Revenue Intelligence (DRI) for an update on its September 26
directive to probe if the Mundra Adani Port has gained any
benefits from the import of 2998.21 kilograms of narcotics.

“What details have you received from Mundra port?”
The DRI claimed that Adani Ports was seeking legal opinion in
 the matter.
“What legal opinion? Are they above the law? No one is
above the law. This is a serious matter involving security
 of the country.”
The DRI had carried out an incompetent investigation while
nabbing minor players or peddlers from various locations and
shifting focus from the port to close the investigation.
It had not even contacted the Indian Embassy in Afghanistan
to enquire about Hassan Hussain who sent the consignment
according to the paperwork.
It had been 10 days and they had supposedly no clue as to who
 the consignment was shipped to.

Adani Group has been going after ports and airports since the
government came to power, and now the government is
privatising 25 more airports. According to Rahul Gandhi, Modi
government is selling India’s crown jewels to 2-3 businessmen
‘friends’.
