The outdated diesel mill from Fiat is replaced by a 1.5-liter K15B gasoline engine with 105 bhp/138 Nm. Both a four-speed automatic and a five-speed manual transmission are available for the Brezza. It makes sense that the petrol manual Brezza has an ARAI rating of 17.03 kmpl while the petrol automatic is rated at 18.76 kmpl. The suspension setup is well-tuned to easily handle rough roads in terms of ride and handling. Even though it might not be able to flatten out objects, the correct speed will allow it to glide over them. A little too rapidly will cause a thump inside the cabin, while moving too slowly will cause some side-to-side shaking. On a sharp bump, the suspension does work and its noise can be heard, but not to the point where the occupants would feel uncomfortable. It provides a pleasant flat ride with calmness and stability on a suitable tarmac.
