Someone we miss - Corolla Altis
In a time when everyone wants an SUV, there is one sedan that we all definitely miss. A car so reliable that people still buy it second hand without second guessing. We are talking about the Toyota Corolla Altis, a car that lived in the hearts of all Indians before it stopped selling in 2020. In this review we will be talking about the 2017 iteration of the car, which was the last selling update launched by Toyota.

The Toyota Corolla Altis has always been a comfortable vehicle, and the 2017 model is no exception. The front and back seats are both roomy and comfy. There is plenty of legroom in the back, and the rear seats may also be reclined. To enhance the 470-litre cargo area, the rear seats may be flipped down in a 40:60 ratio. Giving you increased practicality and comfort.
The Corolla Altis comes with two engine options. A 1.8-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine with 140hp and 173Nm of torque was available. A 1.4-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine with 88hp and 205Nm was the other engine option.
The top-spec Corolla Altis VL came with LED headlamps with daytime running lamps, LED tail-lamps, a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, voice recognition, and MirrorLink connectivity, automatic climate control, leatherette upholstery, an electrically-adjustable driver's seat, cruise control, automatic headlamps and wipers, an auto-dimming rear-view mirror, electrically- folding and adjustable wing mirrors, and a reverse camera.
