A source close to the case told AFP that the Myanmar junta has delayed giving its verdict in the incitement trial of ousted civilian leader Aung San Suu Kyi. A source told the Associated Press that the court, which was set to rule on her trial for incitement against the military, has adjourned the verdict "until December 6."

Changi airport hosted two travellers bound for Sydney with Omicron

Two travellers from Johannesburg who tested positive for the Omicron coronavirus variant in Sydney had transited through Changi airport, according to Singapore's health ministry. Singapore Airlines flew the two individuals from Johannesburg to Changi on Nov. 27 for their transit flight, according to the ministry. Their Covid-19 tests were negative before departure, the ministry said.
